KAMAKOTI VIDYALAYA | ADMISSION PROCESS

On confirmation of the application issue date and with the approval of the Management, the admission process is initiated for LKG at the entry level covering up to Class X every year, not exceeding a total strength of 72 Students in each class, with a maximum of only two Sections per class.

The Admission criteria are categorized into three namely:

For entry level in LKG, the child should have completed 3 years on 01st June at the time of admission.

For UKG, the child should have studied LKG previously in any other School.

For the rest of the classes, the Students will be admitted based on the performance levels in the Scheduled Entrance Exam and subsequent approval from the Management.

Application forms along with Prospectus will be issued in the second half of January for LKG every year and in the month of April for all other classes.

Issued Applications to be duly filled and submitted within a week’s time from the date of issue.

On receipt of Applications, the Students of LKG are evaluated with a Direct Interview process based on their Observation, Identification and General skills and for other classes with a written Entrance Examination.

On confirmation of admission, the fee payment is done accordingly and the Student is finally registered into the records.
